bulletDeveloped MS-Access based multi-user, networked database to track highway safety projects. Database performs cost benefit analysis for each proposed project, provides ranked listings of projects for funding selection, tracks projects through completion and provides the basis for before and after analysis of accident reductions.
bulletAdminister Local Area Network consisting of three NT Workstations and eight Windows for Workgroups PCs connected to multiple NT Servers and  various network printers.
bulletDeveloped highway simulation models used to study operational characteristics of existing and planned facilities. Models were primarily developed for the NetSim and FreSim microscopic simulation tools.
