Internet Game Creator
I am currently working to bring my ideas for an Internet based Science Fiction strategy
game called Galactic Frontier to fruition. I have many unique ideas about how to
develop Galactic Frontier and how it can generate revenue. As I don't personally
have the capital required to develop the game on my own, I am interested in selling
Galactic Frontier to one or more investors and being retained as the creative force behind
the development of Galactic Frontier.

In the mean time, I am working part time on Galactic Frontier and part time as an
independent consultant.
I'm currently looking for a flexible consultant / contractor position as a Visual
Basic or Java developer or as a Strategic Technology Planner. Ideally
assignments would be part time or two to six months in length. As a Visual Basic or
Java developer I would prefer to work in a multiple developer environment. I am
prepared to do this as either a contract employee or as an independent consultant.

Though I don't anticipate that any Traffic Engineering opportunities are likely to be
competitive with available Information Technology opportunities I will consider a full
time or part time position as a Traffic / Transportation Engineer, preferably in
metropolitan Seattle, Baltimore/Washington, Boston, or San Francisco. Ideally my duties
might include: conducting safety and operational engineering studies of existing and/or
planned transportation facilities; identification and diagnosis of high accident
locations; evaluation and recommendation of safety and operational countermeasures;
design, support, and the implementation of, local and/or regional transportation and mass
transit plans; and the creative and appropriate application of new technology to repair or
upgrade outdated, overused and deteriorating transportation infrastructures. Alternate
duties might include guiding the development of GIS biased engineering tools.
My Traffic Engineering Resume
Some day I hope to return to school as a masters level researcher developing a
"Proposed Standard for the Exchange of Highway Inventory Information via Computer
Networks". I am passively looking for a masters program that is conducting
research in this area. I would like to start out by writing grant proposals for a
professor. Then spend a few years developing this standard, working as research
assistant/fellow and earning a masters degree in engineering or computer science.
